You have the right to return any purchased product within 100 days under the following conditions:
Return policyYou have the right to return any purchased product without any reasons within 100 days after delivery of the order. The return period begins at the earliest after receipt of a written return instruction (e.g. letter or e-mail), but not before you receive the merchandise. If the product is not conveyable, you can indicate the return in written form. Make sure to mail in time either the merchandise or an e-mail expressing that you would like to return your order. In any case, the return is at our risk and expense.

Consequences of returnThe return takes effect when mutual benefits have been refunded and (if applicable) handling benefits have been compensated. If the value of the item has decreased, compensation for the value of the item can be claimed unless the decrease of the value of the item is caused by examining the item in the way it would have been possible and necessary to examine in a retail store. You can avoid compensation claims if you don't use the item and don't do anything to it that could cause decrease of its value before you're certain that you want to keep it. We totally refund payments from our customers within 10 business days if the order has been returned and the return instructions have been accomplished.

Products to be returned must be complete, mustn't have been used yet and must be sent back in their original wrapping. Please use the cardboard box in which you got the order for your return so the original wrapping of the product will not be damaged.
All information on your Right of Return and return modalities can be reviewed on the return sheet that is attached to every order.
If you don't like what you ordered you get your money back or we credit the proceeds for your next order (e.g. if you order a different size).
Alternatively, your credit remains on your client account until your next order. If you prefer that option, you will get an email containing the credit amount which you can then use for your next order.
From countries that do not have a return label for a free returnNote that you have to pay the return shipping costs. Please don't send your return unstamped! If you didn't pay your return or didn't fully pay it, we reserve the right to reduce your amount refunded by the amount of the shipping costs. The remaining procedure is identical to the return modalities explained in the section above.
You have the right to return any purchased product within 100 days after receipt of the parcel. For unsatisfactory products you will get your money back or we will clear your credit with a new order (e.g. exchange for another size or for another item).
If your delivery was shipped to one the following countries, you will find an already postpaid return label for a free return in your package: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. If the delivery didn't take place in one of the countries mentioned above, we will reimburse you the costs of return against receipt which you can send us by e-mail.
Please fill out the return form and put it into the parcel. The returned items should be new and boxed as new. Please do not remove the labels and preferably use the packaging box in which the order has been sent to prevent damage to the product packaging.
Separete the return label and stick it on the parcel with adhesive tape or glue. Please remove old labels and bar codes so that the parcel can be addressed correctly. Bring the parcel to the next post station or give it to a DHL postman. Please keep the DHL receipt until we confirm by e-mail that we received your return. You can track the status of your parcel online with the help of the tracking number.
If you already disposed of the return documents or you can't find them anymore we will send you new ones. Just call us or write us an e-mail.
After receiving and processing your return we will fulfill your wish as stated on the return form. You can state if you’d like to be get a refund, receive a voucher or if we shall clear your credit with a new order. You can also tell us about your wishes by calling us or writing us an e-mail.
For credit from payments made in advance, cash on delivery or DIRECTebanking we guarantee the refund of already paid sums within 10 days if we have your bank data.
Credit occurring from payments with PayPal or credit card will be refunded to your PayPal or credit card account. If your return reaches us after more than 60 days (PayPal) or after more than 6 weeks (credit card) we also need your bank data due to technical limits.
If the merchandise value of the items you keep falls below the minimum merchandise value, the discount coupon will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded. Afterwards we will send you a new and equivalent discount coupon for your next order by e-mail.
If you order something in exchange and the minimum merchandise value is reached again we will grant the discount again.
If we already received your return according to the tracking link we will usually process it within 2-3 working days. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your return has been processed.
If you want to complain an article due to a defect or similar stuff, please call us or write us an e-mail. You can also just return the article. Please note on the return form or on a piece of paper where the article is damaged so that we can process your complaint as fast as possible. Please also tell us if you want to have a replacement article (only if available), reimbursement or a voucher.
