- Shipping costs Include customs clearance. The respective VAT and possibly arising toll fees of your country will be charged when you receive the delivery.
- We have no influence on express delivery delays due to safety measures of the customs authorities.

Your package is covered by insurance (to all countries) and shipped environmental-friendly with DHL GoGreen (Germany only). By shipping your package carbon dioxide (CO2) neutral, we want to make a sustainable contribution to the environment and help to reduce the climate impact. All transport-related emissions of carbon dioxide are offset through external climate protection projects.

Standard shipping

We provide instant shipping from Monday to Friday if your order reaches us before 5:30 p.m. This does not apply if you choose bank transfer as your payment method because it takes up to 3 bank business days until we receive the payment.
Within Germany we ship with DHL. When we ship outside of Germany, delivery can also take place through a logistics partner of DHL.

DHL Express (only within Germany)

Choose DHL Express and your order placed from Monday to Friday until 8:00 p.m. will be delivered on the next business day (Monday to Saturday) between 7 a.m. and 12 noon. Unfortunately, the delivery until 12 noon cannot be guaranteed for shipments to german islands.

DHL Packstation (only within Germany)

To receive a delivery to a DHL Packstation just click on the "DHL Packstation" logo when you choose your delivery address. Please note that skateboards, longboards and rails do not fit into a DHL Packstation.

The shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking link will usually be sent between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm. If you pay in advance by making a money transfer, please be aware that it takes up to 3 bank business days until we receive the payment.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation please check if the stated e-mail address is correct or if your e-mail postbox is full and you were not able to receive e-mails due to that.

You can have a look at the tracking link of your order at "My Account" as soon as your order has been shipped.

Please check the tracking link you received via e-mail after the shipping for detailed information about your delivery. You can also find it when logging in into "My account" and "My orders".

Delivery within Germany

Delivery takes places from Monday to Saturday. If you are not at home, the postman either tries to deliver the parcel to a neighbor or your parcel is stored at the closest post office/ Packstation for 7 business days. In any case you should receive a notification card with further information about your parcel in your postbox.

Delivery to Austria

Delivery takes places from Monday to Friday. If you are not at home you will receive a notification card with further information about your parcel. The parcel will be delivered to the post office indicated on the card. It will be stored until the third Monday after the day of delivery.

Other countries

The delivery takes place with DHL or a logistics partner. If you are not at home you will be notified by the postman. In order to contact you, a phone number is very helpful:)

Please check the tracking link of your package which you can find in the shipping confirmation you received via e-mail. You can also find the tracking link in "My Account" when looking at your order. If your parcel is waiting for collection at the post office you can pick it up on presentation of your ID or a written authorization of the receiver.

As long as your order has not been forwarded to us you can change your delivery address easily while ordering or before the order in your address book.

If you already completed your order please call us or write us an e-mail. If possible, we will change your delivery address for you. Please note that we pack your order as fast as we can and a belated change in your address book will not change the delivery address in your order.

At skatedeluxe we are aware of our ecological responsibility. Therefore, we wrap your order in selected recycled packaging that is produced with a high percentage of recovered paper.

Additionally, we respect the German regulation on packaging. Thus, we care about recycling your packaging after you received your order. Our partner INTERSOH Services GmbH will help returning your packaging.
Just call toll-free +49(0) 800 10 10 855 to get information about your closest point of acceptance for used packaging. INTERSOH Services GmbH guarantees disposal and recycling of collected packaging. Furthermore, you can return your packaging at a collection of waste paper.
