To calculate the delivery time, please add any product to your shopping cart. Go to the shopping cart, select your country and your desired shipping method. The delivery time will then be displayed.

We offer free standard shipping within Germany and to Austria on orders over 20 EUR.

Your package is covered by insurance (to all countries) and shipped environmental-friendly with DHL GoGreen (Germany only). By shipping your package carbon dioxide (CO2) neutral, we want to make a sustainable contribution to the environment and help to reduce the climate impact. All transport-related emissions of carbon dioxide are offset through external climate protection projects.
DHL Standard shipping
We provide instant shipping from Monday to Friday if your order reaches us before 6:00 p.m. This does not apply if you choose bank transfer as your payment method, because a SEPA transfer via online banking usually takes 1 bank working day to be processed, a paper-based SEPA transfer takes up to 2 bank working days
Choose DHL Express and your order placed from Monday to Friday until 8:00 p.m. will be delivered:
- in Germany on the next business day (Monday - Saturday) between 07:00 and 12:00 o'clock.
- in Austria on the next business day (Monday - Friday).
Unfortunately, the delivery until 12 noon cannot be guaranteed for shipments to german island and Austrian remote areas.
DHL Packstation or Postfiliale Direkt (only within Germany)
To receive a delivery to a DHL Packstation or a post office, just click on the respective logo when you choose your delivery address. Please note that skateboards, longboards and rails do not fit into a DHL Packstation and that you have to register at DHL first.
The shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking link will usually be sent between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm. If you pay in advance by making a money transfer, please note, that a SEPA transfer via online banking usually takes 1 bank working day to be processed, a paper-based SEPA transfer takes up to 2 bank working days.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation please check your spam, if the stated e-mail address is correct or if your e-mail postbox is full and you were not able to receive e-mails due to that.
You can have a look at the tracking link of your order at "My Account" as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please check the tracking link you received via e-mail after the shipping for detailed information about your delivery. You can also find it when logging in into "My account".
Delivery within Germany
Delivery takes places from Monday to Saturday. If you are not at home, the postman either tries to deliver the parcel to a neighbor or your parcel is stored at the closest post office/ Packstation for 7 business days. In any case you should receive a notification card with further information about your parcel in your postbox.
Delivery to Austria
Delivery takes places from Monday to Friday. If you are not at home you will receive a notification card with further information about your parcel. The parcel will be delivered to the post office indicated on the card. It will be stored until the third Monday after the day of delivery.
Please check the tracking link of your package which you can find in the shipping confirmation you received via e-mail. You can also find the tracking link in "My Account" when looking at your order. If your parcel is waiting for collection at the post office you can pick it up on presentation of your ID or a written authorization of the receiver.
As long as your order has not been forwarded to us you can change your delivery address easily while ordering or before the order in your address book.
If you already completed your order please call us or write us an e-mail. If possible, we will change your delivery address for you. Please note that we pack your order as fast as we can and a belated change in your address book will not change the delivery address in your order.
